The Seaview Hotel
The Seaview Hotel was dressed in white ribbons for the engagement party of the season. Miss Garrod, fiancée to a well-to-do widow from the city, had arrived a week early to taste cakes, choose flowers and charm everyone in sight. The dancing went on until midnight. By breakfast, Miss Garrod was found dead and the fizz had gone flat. Ada Quill suspects someone knows more than they let on.
