The Moonflower Watch

Case 48 · Hard

Once a year, Larkspur Glasshouses stay open late so visitors can watch the rare moonflowers unfurl their pale petals. Mr. Carlyon, the night gardener, had tended those vines for eleven summers and treated every bloom like a grandchild. This was meant to be his proudest evening. Mr. Carlyon was found dead in the Potting Shed. Only one suspect was in the Potting Shed, and that suspect did it.
