Something Fishy at Seal Cove

Case 34 · Hard

Bunting fluttered and a bottle of ginger ale waited by the bow, for Seal Cove Boatyard was launching its newest fishing boat. Mr. Crossley, a smuggler's go-between, claimed he had come to admire the craftsmanship. Ada Quill had a hunch he was admiring the quiet coves nearby instead. Mr. Crossley was found dead late that night, and the question is who saw him last. The suspect seen latest was the last to see Mr. Crossley alive, and did it.
