Gull Point Lighthouse

Thick fog rolled in at teatime and nobody could leave the rock. By supper, a diver who had been asking about an old wreck was found dead.

New clue: Case notes. A case note is about all the suspects together, such as how many of them sat on chairs. The victim is never counted.

CASE NOTEExactly one suspect was next to a bench.

The victim: a wreck diver. Took the last square, alone with the murderer.

Biscuit’s hints

How to play
  1. One person per row and one per column, the victim included.
  2. People stand only on open squares (the map key shows which). Anything else blocks the square.
  3. Every clue is true.
  4. The victim took the last square: the row and column left over.
  5. Exactly one suspect was in the victim’s room, and that suspect did it.
