Puffin Rock Observatory

Puffin Rock Observatory was full for a once-in-a-lifetime night, as a bright comet swung closer to Earth than ever before. Mrs. Selby, the comet's discoverer, had sailed out to the island to give a little talk and accept a silver plaque. Just before her talk began, Mrs. Selby was found dead. The stars are out, and so is Ada Quill's notebook.

The victim: Mrs. Selby, the comet's discoverer.
