The Old Mill
After fifty silent years, The Old Mill was ready to turn again, and half of Gullhaven came to see the ribbon cut. Mr. Mercer, the restoration engineer, had spent two years bringing the creaky old place back to life and wanted one last look before the big moment. The ribbon was never cut, because Mr. Mercer was found dead. Biscuit's tail is wagging. He smells a clue.
