Gullhaven Town Hall
Gullhaven Town Hall was packed for the annual budget meeting, with ninety items on the agenda and one urn of weak coffee. Mr. Bellamy, a town councilor of thirty years, had come to defend his beloved plan for new benches along the seafront. By the time the vote was called, his chair stood empty, and Mr. Bellamy was found dead. Ada Quill is taking the minutes now.
The victim: Mr. Bellamy, a town councilor.
