A Hundred Years of Ticking

Case 17 · Medium

Polished, oiled and set to the second, every clock at Tock & Sons, Clockmakers, was ready for the shop's hundredth birthday. Mrs. Bramley, a customer of forty years, had never once arrived anywhere on time and was rather proud of it. Biscuit found the cuckoos deeply suspicious. Mrs. Bramley was found dead in the Yard. Only one suspect was in the Yard, and that suspect did it.
